Cancellations, No Shows & Return Policies
You are our main concern at Diva Spa & Salon. We understand issues arise, being fair is our belief. Our policy requires cancelation notifications be made within 24 hours of your appointment. However, as a customer courtesy, we have instilled a one-time per the calendar year forgiveness if you are unable to comply within that time period at no charge. If, however, this happens again we will need to assess a 50% charge for your scheduled appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY
Diva Spa & Salon takes exceptional care in accommodating our clients to the utmost of our abilities. We ask that you give the same attention to your provider. If for any reason you are a no-show for your appointment there will be a 50% charge for your scheduled service.
Diva Spa & Salon guarantees superior care and quality in all work performed by our staff. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please communicate with your provider. If you are not comfortable with this resolution management would kindly ask you to contact us within 1 Week of your appointment in order for us to schedule a consultation and redo or find an alternative solution.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not pleased with any service provided to you, please contact management as we will accommodate a complimentary redo. Diva Spa & Salon uses fair and reasonable judgment before issuing refunds.
Any products purchased at Diva Spa & Salon are returnable as long as less than a quarter of the product has been used. Diva management will evaluate and make all decisions regarding returns. Regrettably, all skin care products are considered clinical and fall in our non-returnable category.
CHILD CARE SERVICES
Unfortunately, we do not have facilities to accommodate childcare.
