If for any reason you are a no-show for your appointment there will be a 50% charge for your scheduled service.

Eyelash Divas LLC guarantees superior care and quality in all work performed by our staff. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please communicate with your provider.

If you are not comfortable with this resolution management would kindly ask you to contact us within 1 Week of your appointment in order for us to schedule a consultation and redo or find an alternative solution.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not pleased with any service provided to you, please contact management as we will accommodate a complimentary redo. Eyelash Divas LLC uses fair and reasonable judgment before issuing refunds.

Products:

Any products purchased at Eyelash Divas LLC are returnable as long as they are unopened and unused or are received damaged.  Diva management will evaluate and make all decisions regarding returns. Regrettably, all skin care products are considered clinical and for sanitary reasons fall into our non-returnable category.

Unfortunately, we do not have facilities to care for children. We love children and we hope you understand but due to safety considerations and limited space, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you’re having a service.

While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind as we cannot assure their safety in the salon. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
